The past couple of weekends have been awesome. Amanda and I joined several of her college friends and their moms for our second mother/daughter spa weekend at the Lodge of the Four Seasons. We had a blast. We missed having Peyton with us, but it was nice to have some relaxation and to have an opportunity to power shop for 5 hours without stopping. Peyton isn't into shopping too much these days.
This past Sunday after church, Ron and I traveled to Olathe to exchange some beds between our house and the Todds' and to deliver a Little Tykes slide to Peyton, which she enjoyed immensely - climb up - slide down - over and over again. She had a great time, but we also had an awesome time watching her and playing with her. She was also a hoot with her bubbles and drawing pictures. She is sooooo busy. Before we came home, we all went to the new Golf Smith store (imagine that) and to the Texas Roadhouse for dinner. A beautiful day with a beautiful family.
