May through Mother's Day 2022

It's been a busy month - May 2022 so far!  We've been to several volleyball and baseball games - finally had a baseball game this past Saturday that was like baseball weather - we didn't have to wear coats, hats and wrap up in blankets like the previous 5 games!!!

The picture of the steak is from our dinner with the Sieger at The Gobbler's Roost in Nevada.  So much steak - and it was absolutely mouth watering.  We had a good time.

The picture of Ron and me is our church directory picture.  It turned out pretty good.

We had a wonderful Mother's Day Eve.  We met the kids at The Big Biscuit where they took us out for a yummy breakfast.  Peyton and I shopped at Sam's Club while Grandpa and Amanda took Bingo for a walk.  We all went to Garrison's basketball game.  Amanda, Peyton and I did a little shopping at Kohl's then went to two volleyball games for Peyton.  They sent me the beautiful flowers and a sweet note for Mother's Day, then Amanda is taking the day off on 5/13, and I'm meeting her in Overland Park for a day of shopping and lunch - just the two of us.

Marnie Bellamy and I play the gathering music at church on Mother's Day, and then we played gathering music for the high school baccceloreate that evening.  I'm playing the gathering music for church May 15 after we spend the day in Overland Park on Saturday the 14th for volleyball and baseball again.  We love going to all their games and love them more.

Amanda had a great Mother's Day actual day with her little family - love the pictures above.  They went for coffee - not sure what else they did.  Mark joined Ron and me for lunch on Mother's Day - pulled pork and strawberry pie.

God is good, and we are blessed.
