Peyton & School

Peyton's first day of "school" on Monday went well. She has been adjusting better each day - even took a 3 hour nap this morning and a 2 hour nap this afternoon - unheard of for Peyton! When I stayed with her, I was lucky if she took a 40 minute nap in the morning and an hour in the afternoon. I must have been more fun than the Goddard teachers - ha ha. The Goddard teachers have managed to get more milk down her each day - the faster flowing nipples for the bottles seem to be helping. Pretty soon, it will all be old hat!

Tuesday was my worst day for the cold I seemed to get last weekend. Not over it yet, but today was sooooo much better than yesterday, and I slept better last night. I need to be well by the weekend so we can go see Peyton and her parents. I wouldn't want to give them any germs.

Had a big crowd at choir practice tonight - good rehearsal. Mom, Debbie Sieger and I went to the church for a pre-garage sale venture - found a few things. Not sure how our church people come up with $4,000 worth of junk year after year, but we seem to find it somewhere.

It has been hard to adjust to working every day this week. I liked having Peyton Days 2 or 3 days each week - I miss my little sweet pea!

Murray has been happy to see me each day when I pick him up, but he loves staying over at Mom and Dad's.
