Garrison is healing nicely from his baseball injury. His baseball and football careers are over for this season while he heals.
We drove to OP on Thursday to attend homecoming game at BVNW - we sat with Amanda, Chad and Garrison. Peyton was cheering and marched in the band. Great halftime show.
I have been having nosebleeds quite often for the past 3 weeks but have always been able to get them stopped. Friday night was the exception. After trying for nearly 2 hours to stop it, Ron took me to the ER where they attempted conventional methods to no avail. So they had to insert a nasal balloon which has to remain in place until an ENT can be seen to remove it. it is painful and uncomfortable. I will call Monday morning to try to get an appointment with Dr. Woodland to get it removed. Hopefully that will take care of things. They told me to quit taking a baby aspirin.
Saturday night was the homecoming dance at BVNW. Cadin had made a poster and came to the house to officially "ask" Peyton to the dance. The Council (her girlfriends) all are to the house to get ready together and to take pictures before they all went to Magianno's for dinner with their dates before the dance, then to Isa's for a party and sleepover.
God is good - we are blessed.
